摘要
在科技飞速发展、人才流动较快的情况下,传统的德国二元制以及所谓的校内理论教学+校内实训+校外实习的培养模式,并不完全适应我国高职教育的实际。要想使学生把理论与实践较好地结合起来,并充分培养学生的创新能力,使之适应社会的发展,探索新的高职培养模式势在必行。
With the speedy development of science and technology and the fast talent flow, German Binary System and the so-called campus theory teaching plus the training both inside and outside school are not suitable for our country＇s higher vocational education. For training our students＇ abilities of innovation and integrating theory and practice, it is necessary to explore new education pattern.
