摘要 以水玻璃和硫酸为原料采用沉淀法生产白炭黑产品。讨论了反应温度对产品比表面积和DBP吸油值的影响。同时讨论了原料水玻璃密度和硫酸浓度、pH、蒸汽等因素对产品质量的影响。测定了不同比表面积和DBP吸油值的白炭黑产品加入橡胶中,胶料的硫化时间、500%定伸应力、拉伸强度、扯断伸长率等物理性能。改进了生产工艺过程,通过反应条件的优化组合,可以得到比表面积不同的系列产品,从而满足更多用户的需求。 White carbon black was produced by precipitation method with sodium silicate and sulfuric acid as raw materials. Effects of reaction temperature on surface area and DBP absorption oil value were discussed. Meanwhile, influences of various factors, such as density of sodium silicate, concentration of sulfuric acid, pH, and steam on quality of products, were also discussed. Physical performances, such as vulcanization time ,500% stress at definite elongation,intensity of elongation,elongation at break of the rubber were measured when doping white carbon black with different surface areas and DBP into it. Based on research results the improvement on production technology of precipitated white carbon black was carried out. By optional regrouping the reaction conditions, a series of white carbon black products with different surface areas can be gained and thus more consumers' needs can be satisfied.
