摘要
此新工艺以磷酸和硅酸钠为原料用沉淀法制白炭黑和磷酸钠盐,在不影响白炭黑及磷酸钠盐产品质量的前提下,使生产白炭黑和磷酸钠盐的工艺技术有机地结合,不但解决了副产物出路问题,并使原有磷酸钠盐的综合技术经济指标也得到有效的提高。实验研究了钠磷比、加水量、反应温度、反应时间对产品中残磷量的影响,结果表明,反应温度为82℃,加水量为40%,反应时间为15 min,Na:P为9:10时,效果最好,中间产品残磷量为1.28%,经硫酸萃取和洗涤后,白炭黑的残磷量用普通方法已无法检出。
White carbon black salt was prepared by the method of precipitation with phosphoric acid and sodium silicate as raw materials,on the premise of no affection to the quality of white carbon black and sodium phosphate,the technologies of production of white carbon and sodium phosphate were combined organically.It would solve the problems of the sale of by-products,and the original comprehensive technical and economic indexes of sodium salt would be effectively improved.Some important factors which affected the content of remnant phosphor in products such as the mass ratio of Na to P,the water content,the reaction temperature,and the reaction time were studied,respectively.The results showed that the remnant P in the final products washed by Sulfuric acid can not be detected,and the percentage of remnant P in intermediate products was 1.28%,when the reaction temperature was 82 ℃,the percentage of water content was 40%,the reaction time was 15 min,and the mass ratio of Na to P was 9:10.
