摘要
包核改性是一种降低有机颜料生产成本、提高其耐热性、水分散性、并使颜料粒子分布可调控的有效方法.通过反偶合方式制备白炭黑包核C.I.颜料红170,讨论了反应条件对颜料性能的影响.得到最佳工艺条件为:在重氮化反应中搅拌强度为300,rpm;Na NO2的加料时间为8,min;颜料化阶段二甲苯处理温度为90,℃;颜料化处理时间为1.5,h.分别采用XRD、TG-DTA及粒度分布仪对包核颜料的结构和性能进行了表征.结果表明,包核颜料与母体颜料相比,平均粒径有所下降,粒度分布更集中.同时,颜料着色力、耐热性、流动性、水分散性等都得到了提高.
Modification of organic pigments by coating is one of effective methods, which can reduce production costs of organic pigments, improve its heat resistance and aqueous dispersibility. In this paper, white carbon black coated C. I. Pigment Red 170 is prepared via reverse-coupling method. The effects of reaction conditions on the pigments performance are being discussed. The optimum conditions are as follows: the feeding time of NaNOa is 8 min, xylene treatment tem- perature is 90 ℃, and the pigmentation time is 1.5 h. The structure of coated pigments is characterized by XRD, TG-DTA, and particle size distribution, respectively. Compared to the pigment without coating, the average particle size of coated pigments has been reduced, tinting strength has been improved. Meanwhile, heat resistance, mobility and aqueous dis- persibility are also improved.
