摘要
对沉淀法制备白炭黑过程进行了研究,以水玻璃和硫酸为原料,通过单因素实验以及正交实验,研究了温度、反应物浓度对产品质量的影响,得出了最佳工艺条件,并用回收稀硫酸进行了实验,结果表明采用回收稀硫酸为原料得到的产品质量好,可以采用回收稀硫酸进行白炭黑的生产。
The production of silicon dioxide with precipitation method is studied,where sodium silicate and sulfuric acid are used as raw materials.Through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,the impact by temperature and reactant concentration on the product quality is studied,and the optimal process conditions are obtained. And experiment is conducted using recovered dilute sulfuric acid,the results show that using recovered sulfuric acid as raw material can achieve good product quality,and recovered sulfuric acid can be used for production of silicon dioxide.
