摘要
目的观察前列地尔联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效。方法将100例DPN患者随机分成2组,各50例,对照组采用甲钴胺肌内注射,治疗组在对照组用药基础上加用前列地尔静脉滴注,2周后对比2组疗效。结果治疗组改善DPN患者临床症状的总有效率为90%,对照组为64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);周围神经传导速度均有明显改善,但治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔联合甲钴胺治疗DPN可明显提高治疗效果。
[ Objective ] To observe the therapeutic effects of alprostadil combined with mecobalamin for diabetic peripheral neuropathy. [ Methods] 100 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into control group （meeobalamine intramuscular injection） and treatment group （ alprostadil intravenous drip on the basis of control group treatment （. After 2 weeks, the therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. [ Results ] [ Results ] There was significant difference in the total effective rate of improving clinical symptoms between treatment group （90%） and control group （64% ） （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The peripheral nerve conduction velocity in two groups all had improved, but that in treatment group was better than that in control group significantly （ P 〈 0. 05）.
