前列地尔脂微球载体注射液对老年下肢动脉血管病变患者血小板活化功能的影响 被引量:6

Influence of Lipo-prostaglandin E1 on hematoblastic activation function with lower limb arterial blood vessel disease in senile patients

摘要 目的探讨前列地尔脂微球载体注射液对老年下肢动脉血管病变患者血小板活化功能的影响。方法选择老年下肢动脉血管病变患者120例,随机分为对照组(60例)和治疗组(60例)。对照组每日给予银杏叶提取物注射液70mg/d溶解在250ml生理盐水中静脉滴注,连续使用14d,治疗组采用前列地尔脂微球载体注射液20μg/d溶解在20ml生理盐水中静脉慢推,连续治疗14d,观察两组患者治疗前后的症状、股动脉、腘动脉、胫后动脉、足背动脉内径及血流量的变化,并测定血糖、血脂、肝酶、肾功能、血小板α颗粒膜糖蛋白-140、血小板CD62p和CD63以及前列环素、血栓素。结果治疗组治疗后老年下肢动脉血管病变患者症状明显改善,股动脉、腘动脉、胫后动脉、足背动脉内径及血流量均有所增加,血小板膜α颗粒糖蛋白-140、CD62p、CD63以及前列环素、血栓素有所下降(P<0.05),其他生化指标无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论前列地尔脂微球载体注射液可以降低老年下肢动脉血管病变患者血小板的活化功能,有效改善其症状,安全用于老年患者的治疗。 Objective To assess the infection of Liposomal prostaglandin E1(Lipo-PGE1) on hematoblastic activation function with lower limb arterial blood vessel disease in geriatrics.Methods 120 patients with lower limb blood arterial vessel disease were randomly divided into control and treatment groups.Patients in treatment group were administered with Lipo-PGE1(20 μg/d) for 14 days,patients in control group were administered with Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract(70 mg/d) for 14 days.Clinical symptom was observed,vascular diameter and blood flow velocity of femoral artery,popliteal artery,posterior tibial artery and dorsal pedal artery were evaluated by Doppler uitrasonography examination,blood glucose level,blood lipid level,peptase,renal function,α-granule membrane protein(GMP-140),hematoblastic CD62p and CD63,6-ketone-prostacyclin(6-k-PGF1α),thromboxane B2(TXB2) were measured pre-and post-treatment.Results After given Lipo-PGE1 post treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs had been mended in the patients with lower limb arterial blood vessel disease,vascular diameter and blood flow velocity of femoral artery,popliteal artery,posterior tibial artery and dorsal pedal artery were increased,however,there were no significantly differences.GMP-140,CD62p,CD63,6-k-PGF1α,TXB2 were decreased,and there were significant differences between control and treatment groups(P0.05).The other indicators did not change,there were no significant differences(P0.05).Conclusions Lipo-PGE1 can inhibite hematoblastic activation function,improve the symptom with lower limb arterial blood vessel disease,which is safe to senile patients.
