摘要
目的探讨血栓通联合前列地尔治疗法在脑血栓临床治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2010年1月~2012年1月来我院接受脑血栓治疗的患者60例,随机平分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者采用血栓通联合前列地尔治疗法进行治疗,对照组患者仅采用前列地尔进行药物治疗。分别以两组患者治疗前后的TC、TG、LDL、HDL水平和治疗效果作为观察指标,并使用SPSS 13.0软件包进行统计学分析。结果观察组患者治疗后的TC、TG、LDL、HDL水平均明显优于对照组患者,<0.05;观察组患者的临床治疗效果明显优于对照组患者,<0.05。结论血栓通联合前列地尔药物治疗方法可以有效的改善脑血栓患者的血脂水平,对于提高脑血栓的治疗效果具有重要临床意义,具有推广应用价值。
Objective To explore the application value of thrombus through combined with alprostadil therapy in the clinical treatment of cerebral thrombosis.Methods In 60 patients from 2010 January to 2012 January for our hospital undergoing cerebral thrombosis treatment,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the observation group were treated by Xueshuantong combined with alprostadil therapy,the patients in control group only received alprostadil drug treatment.In the two groups before and after treatment TC,TG,LDL,HDL level and therapeutic ef ect were used as observation index,and use the SPSS 13 software package was used for statistical analysis.Results In the observation group after treatment TC,TG,LDL,HDL levels were significantly bet er than the control group,<0.05;to observe the clinical therapeutic ef ect of group were significantly bet er than the control group patients,<0.05.Conclusion the treatment of Xueshuantong combined with alprostadil drugs can improve lipid levels in patients with cerebral thrombosis and effective,and has important clinical significance for improving the treatment of cerebral thrombosis ef ect,has the value of popularization and application.
