摘要
目的探讨α-硫辛酸联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果。方法选择2014年4月至2015年8月本院内分泌科确诊的2型糖尿病住院患者80例为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。在糖尿病一般治疗基础上,观察组患者给予α-硫辛酸联合前列地尔治疗,对照组患者给予单纯α-硫辛酸治疗。观察并比较两组患者治疗前后多伦多临床评分系统(Toronto clinical scoring system,TCSS)、总体症状评分(total symptoms score,TSS),异常压力觉、温度觉、振动感觉阈值例数的差异。结果治疗后两组患者TCSS及TSS评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),观察组患者TCSS及TSS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者压力觉异常者所占比例、温度觉异常者所占比例及振动感觉阈值均较治疗前显著减少(P<0.05),观察组患者上述指标改善情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论α-硫辛酸联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变效果良好,可明显缓解临床症状,减轻患者痛苦,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of lipoic acid combined with alprostadil in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Method Selected 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital from April 2014 to August 2015 and divided into observation group and control group randomly. Observation group patients were treated with lipoic acid combined with alprostadil, control group patients were treated with lipoic acid only. Before and after treatment observed and compared the TCSS, TTS scores abnormal pressure, temperature, vibration, and the difference in the number of cases of vibration between the two groups. Result After treatment, the TCSS and TSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment（P〈0.05）. The TCSS and TSS scores of observation group were lower than control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the proportion of patients with abnormal pressure, the proportion of abnormal and the sensory threshold between the two gorups were significantly decresased（P〈0.05）, the improvement of observation group was significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of lipoic acid combined with alprostadil in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is good, can significantly ease the clinical symptoms, alleviate the suffering of patients and improve the quality of life, worthy to be popularized in clinic.
