摘要
文章以员工流失的基本理论为基础,结合对我国酒店业员工流失现状的总结,分析了我国酒店业员工流失的主要原因及可能产生的影响,并针对酒店业高流失率问题提出了相应的对策及建议。
The paper is based on the theory of the loss of the employees. It combined the summary of the current situation which is about the loss of the employees in the hotel industry in China to analysis the main reason for the loss of the employees in the hotel industry and the potential impact of it. Furthermore,it aslo raises measures and suggestions according to the high wastage rate of the hotel industry.
