摘要
师生关系是影响教育活动效果的重要因素。现实中的师生关系往往表现出紧张与疏远的特点,其根源在于师生之间缺乏基本的关心关系。构建和谐师生关系的关键在于建立师生之间的关心关系。转变教师的教育观、教学观、学生观,回归学生的主体地位,提升教师的关心能力,在师生平等对话中增进彼此的理解与信任,是构建师生关心关系的基础和前提。
Teacher-- student relationship is an important factor of influencing the results of educational activities. In reality, teachers and students relations always are strained and drifting apart due to short of the based caring--relationship, which is the key to construct good teachers and students relations. So, it is the base of constructing teacher-- student relationship to change teachers education philosophy, teaching view and teachers view of student, to return students education owner position and improve their caring ability.
