摘要
研究以生态系统理论构建分析框架,基于SESS项目中2965份高中生数据,采用结构方程模型、分位数回归模型及中介效应模型,分析了家校合作与高中生社会情感能力之间的影响关系,检验了不同的家校合作方式对高中生社会情感能力的作用机制。研究发现:相较于教师,家长偏好选择对孩子社会情感能力有直接影响的合作方式;事实上,家校合作影响高中生社会情感能力会因个体差异而表现出异质性;这种影响以微系统直接传递和中系统间接作用两种机制传导,其中家庭系统发挥了重要的中介作用。基于主体偏好、个体差异和影响机制,以家校合作促进个体社会情感能力的发展应以主体正确的参与观为起始,在合作过程中为个体创设分层分类的支持环境为最佳选择,通过明确参与主体的职能边界,以达到共同构建育人生态的目标。
The research uses the ecosystem theory to build an analysis framework.Based on the data of 2965 high school students in the SESS project,the structural equation model,quantile regression model,and mediation effect model are used to analyze the relationship between home-school cooperation and high school students social-emotional ability.This study tests the mechanism of different home-school cooperation methods on the social-emotional ability of high school students.The study found that:compared with teachers,parents prefer to choose cooperation methods that have a direct impact on children s social and emotional ability;there will be heterogeneity due to individual differences;this effect is transmitted through two mechanisms,the direct transmission of the microsystem and the indirect impact of the mesosystem,in which the family system plays an important mediating role.Based on subject preferences,individual differences,and influence mechanisms,promoting the development of unique social-emotional abilities through home-school cooperation should start with the subject s correct concept of participation and creating a hierarchical and classified support environment for individuals in the process of collaboration is the best choice.By clarifying the functional boundaries of the participating subjects,the purpose of jointly building an educating ecology can be achieved.
