摘要
研究了原位接枝NR与nano-S iO2协同增韧PVC的力学性能和耐溶剂性,通过SEM表征了增韧PVC的相结构。结果表明:当原位接枝NR和nano-S iO2的质量分数分别为5%和3%时,与未增韧PVC相比,相界面的结合强度明显提高,增韧PVC的缺口冲击强度和拉伸强度分别提高了102%和35.11%,并且具有较好的耐溶剂性能,达到较好的协同增韧增强效果。
The solvent resistance and mechanical properties of in-situ grafted NR and nano-SiO2 co-toughening PVC were studied,and the phases' structure analyzed by SEM. The results showed when the NR-g-situ and nano-SiO2 mass fraction of 5 % and 3 % ,comparing with the pure PVC,the impact strength and tensile strength of composite increased by 102 % and 35.11% ,the interface of composite strength significantly,and the better solvent properties,tougheness and strength achieved.
