摘要
通过甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷同正硅酸乙酯共水解,在SiO2 表面引入能与PVC相容的极性基团,制备了PVC/SiO2 杂化材料的透明薄膜.讨论了溶剂对材料、结构的影响,通过红外分析,透射电镜研究了杂化材料的形态和通过动态力学分析。
The transparent PVC/SiO 2 hybrid material membranes were prepared by co hydrolysis of tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) and methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane (MPTMS) in solution. The influence of solvent on the morphology is discussed. The structures of materials are characterized by IR, and TEM, and the influences of inorganic species on properties of the materials are also studied by dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) and mechanical analysis (MA).
