摘要 用红外、扫描电镜和力学性能等测试方法,研究了甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)和苯乙烯(St)多单体熔融接枝丁苯橡胶(SBR-g-(GMA-co-St))对SBR/PVC TPV的增容作用。研究结果表明,通过熔融接枝改善了SBR的极性,SBR-g-(GMA-co-St)作为增容剂有效降低了TPV相间的界面张力,明显提高了相界面的粘着力,综合力学性能明显提高。 The glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) and styrene (St) multi-monomers melt grafted SBR(SBR-g-(GMA-co-St) ,was used as a compatibilizer of SBR/PVC TPV .The grafting effect was characterized by FTIR, The SBR SBR/PVC/SBR-g-(GMA-co-St) TPV was studied by SEM and mechanical properties. The results showed that SBR-g-(GMA-co-St) is a good compatilizer of SBR/PVC TPV and improves their interracial interaction and had good comprehensive property.
