摘要
研究了不锈钢中镍的快速萤光滴定法。采用高氯酸和盐酸溶解试样,加入三乙醇胺掩蔽干扰元素,在pH12~13的碱性条件下,加入过量的EDTA与镍络合,以钙黄绿素做指示剂,用氯化钙标准溶液返滴定来测定镍的含量。本方法简便快速,其准确度和精密度能满足生产需求。
This paper investigates the rapid determination of nickel in stainless steel by fluorescence titration. The sample is dissolved by perchloric acid and hydrochloric acid, using triethanolamine as the masking agent. When the pH is adjusted between 12 and 13, add excessive EDTA to complex nickel. Using calcein as indicator, the nickel content is measured by back titration with calcium chloride solution. This method is proved to be simple and rapid. The precision and accuracy satisfies the production requirement.
