摘要
文章研究了铬基焊粉中镍的测定方法。提出了硫-磷混酸溶样,高氯酸氧化铬为Cr(Ⅵ),大量Cr(Ⅵ)与NaCl生成挥发的CrO2Cl2而除去,酒石酸络合掩蔽残存Cr、Fe等杂质,在乙酸盐缓冲的微酸性溶液中,用丁二酮肟沉淀镍与干扰元素分离,EDTA滴定法测定镍含量。生产分析表明分析结果令人满意。
The sample was dissolved by Sulphur- Phosphorus mix acid, Chromium was turn into Cr( Ⅵ ) by perchloric acid, Cr( Ⅵ ) turned into CrO2Cl2 that voiatilize with NaCl. Tartaric acid shelters the impurity,such as remaining Cr,Fe,etc, ,in the acetate of little acid solution, Nickel was deposited by (CH3)2C2N2(OH)2 and separate, Nickel content was determined by EDTA titration.
