摘要
根据钙镁磷肥副产物镍磷铁及其加工品镍铁、氢氧化镍的特性,采用EDTA直接滴定法测定镍含量,研究样品预处理方法、指示剂选择、溶液pH范围、掩蔽剂选择等,实验结果表明,通过氟化钠掩蔽铁、铝,硫化钠掩蔽锌,在pH值为4.6的乙酸—乙酸盐缓冲介质中,以PAN为指示剂,用硫酸铜标准溶液返滴定过量EDTA的方法直接测定镍,方法简单快捷,重现性好,结果可靠,尤其适用于快速监控分析以及分析频次不高的场合。
Based on the properties of by-product Ni-P-Fe from Ca-Mg-P fertilizer and the processed products Ni-Fe,NiOH,EDTA direction titration method is used to determine the nickel content,and research the sample pre-treatment method,indicator selection,solution pH range,masking agent selection,etc. Experimental results show that,through masking of Fe and Al with NaF,and masking of Zn with Na 2 S,in acetic acid and acetate buffer system with pH value 4. 6,using PAN as indicator,and using the method of titrating excessive EDTA with CuSO 4 standard solution to directly determine nickel content,it is simple and quick,with repeatability and reliable results. It is particularly suitable for quick regulatory analysis,and places where the analysis frequency is not high.
