摘要
对影响红颊草莓茎尖离体快繁的主要因素进行了研究,结果表明:最适的表面消毒剂为0.1%升汞+2%吐温,未展叶的茎尖为最佳外植体,最适宜的增殖培养基为MS培养基中添加BA 0.5 mg/L和NAA 0.1 mg/L。在此条件下红颊草莓茎尖增殖倍数可达到8.0,且成苗率高达86.3%。
This paper researched the main influential factors of rapid propagation system of strawberry in vitro. The result indicated that the preferable exterior disinfector was 0. 1% Hg +2% tween, the best explant was the stem apex without leaf, the optimal propagation medium was MS + BA 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0. 1 mg/L. Under these conditions, the proliferous times of the isolated stem apex of strawberry could attain 8.0, and the seedling - becoming rate could achieve 86.3%.
