摘要
随着华东高级调度中心建设的不断深入开展,对于分布式状态估计提出了更高的要求,采用合适的分布模式,可以有效地提高状态估计的鲁棒性和准确性。介绍在厂站侧引入状态估计,能够在第一时间辨识出坏量测,提高基础数据质量,以提高全网状态估计的精度。
With the development of the Advanced Dispatch Center of the East China Grid, higher requirement are proposed for the distributed state estimation. By adopting appropriate distribution model, the robustness and accuracy of the state estimation could be improved effectively. In addition, it introduces the state estimation at the plant side, which could help to identify the bad measurement and improve the overall quality of the data, thus improving the accuracy of the state estimation for the whole grid.
