摘要
针对15.2(0.6口寸)钢绞线稳定化处理的加热要求介绍了其加热感应器的设计计算方法。与进口同类产品的对比考核结果显示,不但自行设计制造的感应器和进口的运行电气性能基本一致,而且还具有更好的电气绝缘性能和可维修特性,完全可以取代进口同类产品。对于其它铁磁性材料冷态加热感应器的设计具有一定的参考价值。
This paper introduces the method of the design and calculation of heating inductor for the treatment of the stabilization of 15.2 mm(0.6 inch) strand steel wire. Compared with the same imported product, the self designed and manufactured inductor has basically the same electric performaneces, and better electric insulation and serviceability. It is available for reference to the design of other cold state heating inductor for ferromagnetic materials.
