摘要
从磁粉离合器的工作原理出发,分析微电机-离合器组件在使用过程的初期存在力矩不稳定的原因,通过对磁粉进行性能稳定化处理,解决了力矩不稳定的现象。
According to the working theory of clutch, the reason of small motor-clutch subassembly torque instability during the course of initial working stages is analyzed. By the magnetic particle capability stabilizing process, the phenomenon of torque instability is resolved.
