摘要 欧洲标准BS EN13674-2:2006的硬头轨,热处理硬化层深达20 mm以上,表面硬度350~390 HBW,拉伸性能要求强韧性配合良好。试验表明,已有钢轨轨头仿形加热感应器不适用硬头轨热处理,试验反复出现硬化层深、硬度和强韧性三者不能统一的矛盾。分析原因表明,轨头断面温度分布梯度大,致使轨头圆角部位达到甚至超过了奥氏体晶粒度粗化温度。为使轨头温度分布均匀,改进了钢轨轨头加热感应器结构,制作了新的感应器,使轨头硬化层深、硬度和拉伸性能的矛盾得以解决。 Hardhead rail specified in Europe standard BS EN13674 -2:2006 must have a hardened layer with depth over 20 mm, surface hardness of 350 - 390 HBW and good match of strength and toughness. Test results show that the existing railhead profile modeling heating inductor is not suitable for heat treating hard railhead and it repeatedly occurs the problem that the hardened layer depth, hardness and strength and toughness are not properly matched. The analysis shows that due to the sharp temperature gradient on railhead section, the temperature on rounded angle of railhead reaches or even over the coarsening temperature of austenitic grain size. The structure of railhead heating inductor was improved, a uniform temperature field on railhead is obtained, and the hardened layer depth, hardness and strength and toughness are matched preferably.
