摘要
芳砜纶纤维属于对位芳纶系列,是我国自行研究开发的芳香族聚酰胺类有机耐高温纤维,纤维强度为3.1～4.4cN/dtex、伸长率20%～25%、初始模量为7.45GPa、密度为1.416g/cm3。由于具有各种优异的物化性能,芳砜纶纤维在国防军工和现代工业上有着重要的用途,是我国急需的高科技纤维品种。本文介绍了芳砜纶纤维的物化性能、制造工艺、发展概况、应用领域及市场前景方面的一些情况,并对目前国内芳砜纶纤维的发展提出了一些建议。
Polysulphonarnide fiber belongs to the para-position fragrant black silk ribbon series, it is the aromatic polysulphonamide organic thermostable fiber by our country studies the development voluntarily, the fiber stress is voluntarily 3.1-4.4cN/dtex, the elongation ratio 20%-25%, initial modules is 7.45GPa, the density is 1.416g/cm^3. Because it has each kind of outstanding transformation performance, polysulphonamide fiber has the important use in the national defense war industry and in the modem industry, is our country urgendy needed high tech textile fiber variety. This article introduced that polysulphonamide fiber transformation performance, the fabrication technology, the development survey, the application domain and market prospect aspect＇s some situations, and put forward some proposals to the present domestic fragrant polysulphonamide fiber＇s development.
