摘要
采用自制的超高温染色机,对芳纶1414在超高温且不加载体的条件下进行分散染料染色;考察了染色织物的染色深度和耐日晒色牢度,对分散染料的高温稳定性进行了研究。结果表明,在超高温染色条件下,分散染料在芳纶1414上的得色深度明显提升,耐日晒色牢度有一定程度提高;超高温染色对分散染料的凝聚和发色基团都有较大影响,过高的染色温度(>140℃)反而会造成染料快速凝聚,并破坏染料的发色基团,优化的染色温度为140℃。
Free carrier dyeing of Aramid 1414 is carried out with disperse dyes under ultra high temperature in a self-made ultra high temperature dyeing machine.The color depth and color fastness to light of the dyeings are discussed,as well as the stability to high temperature of the disperse dyes.The results show that color depth and color fastness to light of the dyeings are improved under ultra high temperature.High temperature dyeing has some effects on the agglutination and the chromophore of the disperse dye,and excess high temperature will result in the agglutination of dyes and destroy chromophore,so the dyeing temperature is optimized as 140 ℃.
