摘要
本文介绍了涤棉织物用分散/活性染料一浴轧焙烘染色的中性固色工艺及基本原理,对中性固色剂NF加双氰胺在轧焙烘染色中的应用与常规碱固工艺进行了对比分析,优选了生产工艺配方。
An investigation is made on the neutral fixing process and its fundamental principle for T/C blends by pad-thermofix dyeing with disperse/reactive dyes in single bath. Also, a comparison is carried out between normal alkaline fixing process and pad-thermofix dyeing with neutral fixing agent NF and dicyandiamide. Based on the investigation and comparison, the author optimizes the processing parameters and recipe, and describes the advantages and cost of the neutral fixation.
