摘要
为了提高微细电化学加工的加工精度和表面质量,从加工模型入手,探讨了高频脉冲电源对微细加工的影响,并基于CPLD研制了超短脉冲电源,输出脉冲宽度为20 ns以下,脉冲调节范围较大。使用该电源进行相应的工艺试验,取得了较好的效果。
In order to improve the precision and surface quality of Micro-electrochemical machining, the influence of high frequency pulse generator is analyzed through the machining model. A ultrashort pulse generator has been developed based on CPLD, its pulse width can reach even less than 20ns. A better result is achieved by employing technological experiments with this pulse power supply.
