摘要
加工电源的频率、波形等输出特性在很大程度上影响微细电化学加工的效果。本文提出的微细电化学加工电源系统包括硬件和软件两个模块 ,其中硬件模块包括计算机、接口电路、功率放大电路和信号检测电路 ;软件模块包括驱动程序和控制程序。该电源系统可产生多种波形 ,且能实现对加工过程的自适应控制 ,从而满足微细电化学加工工艺研究的需求。
The frequency, wave shape and the related properties of the power supply have great effect on micro ECM process. This paper presents a power supply system for micro ECM, including the hardware and the software. The hardware module is composed of a computer, an interface circuit, a power amplifier, and a process detecting circuit. The software module is composed of the driver and the control program. The power supply system designed has the capabilities of generating a variety of wave shapes, detecting and controlling machining process, which is suitable for micro ECM.
