摘要
本文应用基于激光衍射原理的瞬变喷雾场粒径分布测量系统,进行了液雾碰壁对环形喷嘴雾化质量影响的实验研究,对液滴碰壁过程进行了理论分析,并提出了一个液滴碰壁模型,数值模拟计算了液滴碰壁对环形喷嘴雾化质量的影响,并对计算结果和实验结果进行了讨论,得到了一些有价值的结论。

The influence of liquid spray impact on a solid surface on the atomization quality of annular injector was investigated,using the measurement of the temporal droplet size distribution of fuel spray based on the principle of laser diffraction.The theoretical investigation for the impact processes of liquid droplet on a solid surface was carried out.A model for liquid droplet impinging on a wall was developed.The effect of liquid droplets impinging upon a solid surface on the atomization quality was numerically simulated.Both the simulation results and the experiment results were discussed.Some valuable conclusions were obtained.
