摘要
本文分析了洞庭氮肥厂燃油锅炉产生严重高温粘结灰的原因和条件,提出了提高油的雾化质量,改善燃烧,以防止严重高温粘结灰的方案,并论证其方案的可行性。
In this paper, the causes and factors which led to the serioushigh temperature sintered ash of the fuel oil boiler in Dong TingNitrogenous Fertiliger Plant are analyzed. A plan for improving the quality of oil atomization and boilercombustion and for preventing serious high temperature sintered ashis offered here. Finally the feasibility of the plan is expounded and proved.
