摘要
针对商用微量润滑装置无法满足战场环境修理工作要求的问题,设计开发了基于纯气体驱动的复合油雾喷射(Combined Mist-jet,CMJ)润滑集成箱。为获得稳定的微小流量发生量,采用气动频率发生器、脉冲式微量泵等构建的供油回路和基于固定节流孔的节流特性的供水回路,实现微小润滑介质的稳定发生、喷射用量的快速调节和精确显示,并通过微小流量标定试验提高喷射参数精度。该集成箱开发与实现为CMJ技术在飞机钛合金结构修理中的应用奠定了基础。
Focused on the problems that the commercial micro-lubricating device can' t meet the battle repairing re- quest, the combined mist-jet (CMJ) lubricating integrated box is designed and developed, which is based on the driving of gas only. In order to obtain a steady and little flow, structuring a suit of oil supply circuit that composed of pneumatic frequency generator and pulse type micro pump and a water supply circuit that based on the throttling characteristic with the fixed throttle hole, which can stabilize the small lubricating medium, adjust the injection dosage rapidly and display it precisely, moreover, the accuracy of injection parameter is improved by the calibration test of the micro flow. The development and implementation of the integrated box provides a foundation for the ap- plication of the CMJ in aircraft titanium alloy structure repairing.
