摘要 近年来,人们发现褐藻岩藻聚糖硫酸酯具有广泛的生物活性,有关海藻多糖活性功能的应用越来越受到人们的关注。本文综述了褐藻岩藻聚糖硫酸酯生物活性及其调血脂功能的研究进展。 Biological activity of sulfated fucan from brown algae had been discovered widly in recent years. The application of biological activity of sulfated fucan were more and more concerned.In this paper,research progress on biological activity of Sulfated fucan from brown algae and its blood-fat regulating function were reviewed.
