摘要
目的:建立测定痕量吲哚美辛的动力学荧光测定新方法,并应用于吲哚美辛的测定。方法:在缓冲溶液中,吲哚美辛对Cu(Ⅱ)催化H2O2氧化罗丹明B使其荧光猝灭有抑制作用,据此,建立了动力学荧光测定痕量吲哚美辛的新方法。结果:在0.32~1.43ng·mL-1浓度范围内,吲哚美辛与荧光强度有良好的线性关系,方法的检出限为0.25ng·mL-1。结论:该方法实用、灵敏,准确度高,检测限低,重现性好,已成功地用于胶囊和尿液中的吲哚美辛的测定。
Objective:To develop a new method of kinetic fluorimetric for the determination of trace indometacin Method:In buffer solution, indometacin (IND) has an inhibitory effection on the reaction of H2O2 oxidation of rhodamine B catalyzd by Cu ( Ⅱ ), based on this reaction, a new sensitive kinetic fluorimetric determination of trace IND method has been proposed. Results:The result show that in the range of O. 32 - 1.43 ng · mL^-1,there is linear relationship between the concentration of IND and its fluorescence intensity, with the detection limit of 0.25 ng · mL^-1. Conclusion:This method is convenient, sensitive, and suitable, has been successfully applied to the determination of IND in capsule and body urine.
