摘要
提出荧光法测定阿霉素的新方法.阿霉素在硫酸介质中发生脱水反应生成强荧光的脱水物,反应产物荧光强度在7.3×10^(-10)~2.2×10^(-8)mol/L浓度范围与阿霉素含量成正比,检出限为2.1×10^(-10)mol/L.用于测定血清和尿液中阿霉素的回收率分别为89%~95%和96%~101%,体液中常见金属离子,如Fe^(3+)、Cu^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、Ca^(2+)等,不干扰测定结果。
This paper covers a fluorimetric method for the determination of adri-amycin(ADM). A dehydration reaction of ADM is carried out in sulfuric acid solution and an intensely fluorescent product is formed. The fluorescence intensity of the product is proportional to the concentration of ADM in the range of 7. 3×10-10-2. 2×10-3mol/L. The detection limit is 2.1×10-10mol/L. The recoveries of ADM in serum and urine are 89%-95 % and 96%-101%,respectively, and commen metal ions in body fluids, such as Fe3+ ,Cu2+,Mg2+, Ca2+ and Mn2+, do not interfere in the results.
