摘要
分析了国外电网规划的侧重点、方法和经验,得出了对我国电网发展规划的启示:规划应注重可靠性和经济性的结合,使电网结构更趋于合理;应对电网设备的老化程度进行分析;应加强电网对环境和社会的影响方面的分析评估。
Based on analysis of the overseas power grid planning in terms of its focuses, methods and experience, this paper presents the resulting revelations for the power grid planning in China, i.e. planning should focus on combination of reliability and economical efficiency and should achieve a better grid structure; intensive analysis should be carried out on the aging of the equipment; and furthermore, analysis and evaluation of the power grid on the society and the environment should be strengthened.
