摘要
建设社会主义新农村,解决好"三农"问题,不仅只是"生产发展、生活宽裕"等农村经济发展和农民收入增加,还应该有"乡风文明、村容整洁"等农民整体精神状态和素养的全面提高,以及农村公共文化事业的全面发展。通过公平、公益、均等的基础性公共文化服务,农村社会逐步形成了一种弥合城乡"二元结构"、促进农村经济社会协调发展的新模式。
Building socialism new countryside, solving the ＂three agriculture＂ question, not only is ＂the production development, the life is ample＂ and so on rural economic development and the farmers＇ income increase, but also should have ＂the local custom civilization, the village accommodating neat＂ and so on farmers whole mind states and the accomplishment comprehensive enhancement, as well as countryside public culture establishment＇s full scale development. Through fair, public welfare and equal foundational public culture service, the rural community is gradually forming a new pattern which close city and countryside ＂the dual structure＂, and promote the rural economy and society development coordinately.
