摘要
十六大以来,人民的政治生活、经济生活和文化生活得到切实保障和尊重,并且成为全面建设小康社会的重要目标。中共中央在"十一五"规划的建议中指出,要加大政府对文化事业的投入,逐步形成覆盖全社会的比较完备的公共文化服务体系。农村作为我国社会主义建设进程中的重中之重。因此,建立覆盖全社会的公共文化服务重点在农村。
Since the 16th Party National Congress,the people＇s political life,economic life and cultural life have been effectively protected and respected,and they have also become the important goals of well-off society＇s construction.In ＂the eleventh five-year＂ plan,the CPC central committee suggested that,the government must strengthen the input of cultural undertakings,and gradually form the whole society＇s relatively complete system of public cultural services.Rural is the priority of our socialist construction.Therefore,rural areas is the main aspects of establishing the whole society＇s public cultural service system.
