摘要
基层文化建设中出现的体制性障碍以及由此产生的问题,迫切要求文化建设的理论突破。架构基层文化制度体系必须打破旧的文化理论和体制的路径依赖,把文化生产力理论作为建构党管意识形态和国家文化制度体系的逻辑起点,彻底变革文化制度体系,对文化利益关系作重大结构性调整。
The institutional obstacles that emerge in the construction of grass-roots culture and the problems that result from here are urgently requesting a breakthrough to the theory of cultural construction. To configure grass-roots culture system must break old culture theories and get rid of the dependence of old frame approach, take the cultural productivity theories as the logic point of departure that Party administers ideology and national culture system, thus it will result in an important structural adjustment for cultural interest correlation to transform the framework of cultural system thoroughly.
