摘要
以壳聚糖为主要成膜材料,辅以月桂酸钠改性的纳米TiO2,制备了1种新型安全的涂膜剂壳聚糖/纳米TiO2复合涂膜,研究和比较了用壳聚糖单膜处理及壳聚糖/纳米TiO2复合涂膜处理对金秋梨采后生理及贮藏效果的影响。实验结果表明:当壳聚糖/纳米TiO2复合膜中壳聚糖质量分数为2%,纳米TiO2质量分数为0.03%时,壳聚糖复合膜处理果的总糖、总酸及Vc含量均明显高于壳聚糖单膜及空白对照处理果,呼吸强度显著降低,在贮藏后期,金秋梨失水率仅为4.9%,好果率达到了80.2%,说明壳聚糖/纳米TiO2复合涂膜可以显著降低金秋梨的采后呼吸作用,保持金秋梨营养成分,对金秋梨室温条件下保鲜起到了较好的作用。
chitosan was chosen as the main film-forming material, supplemented with Sodium Laurate modified nano-TiO2 to prepared a new type of safe, non-toxic film for the better storage of Jinqiu Pear. The effects of picked Jinqiu pear coated by chitosan or chitosan /nano-TiO2 on physiology and storage were com- pared. The results showed that when the chitosan was of 2g, TiO2 of 0.03, the total suger, total acid content and Vc were significantly higher than CTS and control. Respiration rate was lower than CTS and con- trol ;water loss was of only 4.9%, fresh fruit was 81.2%. It was known that chitosan/nano-TiO2 film could significantly reduced Jinqiu pears pos-harvest respiration, and well kept nutrients of Jinqiu pears.
