摘要
采用均相沉积法在陶瓷、玻璃表面制得均匀透明的多孔TiO2纳米微粒膜材料。对该半导体微粒膜光催化原理、膜表面活性氧类的形成机理、TiO2微粒光催化杀菌机理进行了探讨。并用GB15979-1995的方法对该膜材料的杀菌性能进行了测试研究,杀菌范围广、速度快、杀菌率高;对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌在30min内的杀菌率均达到90.00%以上。并对乙肝病毒在20min内的杀灭率达到43.43%。也有可能对呼吸道病毒,如流感病毒、“非典”(SARS)病毒有一定的杀灭作用。
The nanocrystalline TiO_2 film,which is even,transparent and porous,was prepared through homogenous precipitation methods on the surface of ceramics and glasses.The photocatalytic mechanism,reactive oxygen species' forming mechanism, and TiO_2 particle's bactericidal mechanism of this semiconductive nanocrystalline film were investigated.The bactericidal capability of the film was examined with the methods of GB15979-1995.The results showed that the film has the wide sterilizing range,high sterilizing speed and sterilizing efficiency.Its antibacterial rates to Staphylococcus Aureus,Escherichia Coli and Candida Albicans in 30 min are excess of 90.00%.The killing rate to HBV in 20 min reaches to 43.43%,and it maybe has certain bactericidal effects on respiratory tract virus such as flu virus,SARS etc.
