摘要
研究生培养模式是在长期教育实践和历史发展过程中逐渐形成的,是一个国家研究生教育相对成熟的一种标志。文章综合国内外研究生教育发展的历史和现状,介绍了目前比较公认的四种研究生培养模式,并从我国研究生培养模式的发展及特征和启示入手,谈了军医大学研究生培养模式和组织管理以及今后发展的特点。
Educational model for graduate students is a sign of maturity of graduate education, which has been formed during the long-term educational practice and history. This paper reviews the historical and current graduate educational status at home and abroad. Here the authors introduce four educational models recognized by all, and mention the educational model and manage- ment characteristics of graduate students in military medical university by now and in the future,based on the development and characteristics of educational model for graduate students in our country.
