摘要
目的 了解教学医院研究生对于志愿服务的认知和参与情况,为探索教学医院研究生素质教育途径提供依据.方法 采用问卷调查方法,自行设计问卷对北京某教学医院69名研究生进行问卷调查,了解其对于医院志愿服务的认知、参与意愿、参加情况等等,采用SPSS18.0软件对调查结果进行分析.结果 共回收有效问卷66份,有效问卷回收率为95.7%.其中,69.7%的研究生认为志愿服务很有必要.有92.4%的研究生知晓医院开展了志愿服务的相关工作;有54.5%的研究生参加过医院组织的志愿服务;“非常乐意”和“很乐意”参加医院志愿服务的研究生占56.1%.进一步对参加过医院组织的志愿服务的研究生进行调查发现,对于参加志愿服务,研究生自身受益的比例均在58.0%以上;各有近6.0%的调查对象认为参加志愿服务耽误了正常工作和增加了工作负担;超过60.0%的研究生认为参加志愿服务有利于医院各方面工作的开展.结论 研究生参加医院志愿服务的比例和意愿均较高,并认为参与志愿服务有利于自身的发展和医院的建设,可以对志愿服务进行完善以作为医学研究生素质教育的重要途径.
Objective To investigate graduate students' awareness,willingness and participation of volunteer service in a clinical teaching hospital and to provide recommendations for the innovation of quality-oriented education model of graduate students in clinical teaching hospital.Methods Using self-designed questionnaire including the awareness,willingness and participation of volunteer service to investigate 69 graduate students in clinical teaching hospital of Beijing and the SPSS 18.0 was used to analyze the data.Results 66 valid questionnaires were received.Among the 66 respondents,69.7% believed that volunteer service was necessary.92.4% knew that some kinds of volunteer service were developed,54.5% had participated in volunteer service,56.1% reported glad or very glad to participate in volunteer service.As to the benefits of volunteer service,more than 58.0% respondents agreed that it was helpful to them,only few respondents nearly 6.0% reported that the activity increased their working burden,and more than 60.0% respondents felt it helpful to the hospital.Conclusions The awareness,participation and willingness of graduate students in volunteer services were very high and most students thought that volunteer service not only helped themselves but also helped the hospital.It is recommended that volunteer services can be improved to be a model of good quality-oriented education of graduate students.
