摘要
对采用碱浸法分解翅果壳中的非胶部分物质,用石油醚为提取剂提取杜仲胶,用冻胶法析出杜仲胶的工艺条件进行研究,确定了从杜仲翅果壳中提取杜仲精胶的最佳工艺参数为:以碱浸法用10%碱液在90℃温度下提取3 h,采用索氏提取以石油醚为溶剂在85℃下提取27 h。将提取液在0℃低温冷冻1 h析出杜仲胶,计算得到杜仲翅果壳中杜仲胶提取率为20.48%,杜仲翅果中杜仲胶提取率为5.47%,提取的杜仲胶纯度为87.52%。
Optimal process parameters of extracting rubber from the seed shells of Eucomnia ulmoides investigated. The results were as follows, to decompose non-rubber components with 10% sodium hydroxide solution under 90℃ for 3 h, then extract the rubber with petroleum ether by Soxhlet on a water both under 85℃ for 27 h. The extract solution was subjected for freezing in 0℃ for 1 h to resolve rubber. It was calculated that the extraction rate of rubber was 20.48% (weitht of shell), and 5.07M (weitht of whole fruit) ,and the rubber purity was 87.52%.
