摘要
欠发达地区高校发展水平相对落后,生源质量、硬件设施也相对较差,导致研究生特别是理工类研究生培养质量较低。立足于现有的培养条件,作者从研究生的课程建设、师资队伍建设、制度建设、优化管理、共享资源、服务地方等方面讨论了欠发达地区理工类研究生培养质量提高的途径。
Universities in less developed regions had a relatively low level of development with poor quality student sources and insufficient hardware facilities. The training quality of postgraduates especially for science and technology postgraduates was not guaranteed. Based on the present conditions of culture,pathways for improving the cultivation quality of science and technology postgraduates in less developed regions were explored from controllable factor such as course development, teaching staff improvement, institutional construction, and management optimization, sharing resources and serving local economy.
