摘要
研究了不同浓度的Cr6+对慈姑叶绿素含量、叶绿素a/b比值、O2.-产生速率、MDA含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及可溶性蛋白含量的影响.受Cr6+胁迫后,随着Cr6+浓度的增加,叶绿素含量、叶绿素a/b比值、O2.-产生速率先升高后降低;MDA含量呈持续上升趋势;SOD活性表现出先降后升趋势;POD活性则表现出先明显上升后下降的情况;可溶性蛋白含量变化不明显;CAT活性在根和叶中所受的影响存在明显不同.研究结果表明,同种离子对同一植物的不同部位的毒害存在差异.
The effects of Cr^6+ on chlorophyll content, chlorophyll a/b value, generation rate of O2^- , MDA content, activities of SOD, POD and CAT, soluble protein content were studied. The results show that chlorophyll content, chlorophyll a/b value and the generation rate of O2^- increase first and decrease afterwards with the concentration of Cr^6+ increasing. MDA content increase progressively. The activity of SOD drops first and increases afterwards, while the activity of POD increases apparently first and decrease at last. The soluble protein content does not change obviously. The activity of CAT is affected very different by the leaf and root. The results indicate that there are different toxic effects between different organs of a plant stressed by the same ion.
