摘要
加强本科院校小学教育专业的实践教学环节,不断提升实践教学工作的质量和水平,是培养现代小学教师的要求。实践教学基地作为实践教学保障体系中的关键载体,因其为学生提供了基本技能、专业技能以及综合能力的活动条件,所以对它的建设是实践教学的重中之重。基于小学教育专业的特点,天津师范大学初等教育学院将核心能力共享理论引入实践教学基地建设,提出高校要与小学互惠互利,在增进各自竞争优势和利益的基础上,推动实践教学基地的建设思路。
To gradually improve the quality of practical teaching is the basic requirement for training competent primary school teachers. As the key carrier inthe system of ensuring teaching quality, the base for teaching practice provides the activity conditions for practicing trainees' basic skills, professional skills and comprehensive skills, so the construction of the base is of great significance. Based on the characteristics of the speciality of primary education, researchers in the. Primary Education College of Tianjin Normal University introduce the theory of "shared core capability" into the construction of teaching base for practice and propose a new idea that college and primary schools co-operate reciprocally to promote the construction of teaching base for practice.
