摘要
专业认证的推广对高校学前教育专业教育教学改革产生了很大的影响,专业认证能全面直观地衡量学前教育专业教学质量和人才培养质量,是教育教学改革和人才培养方案革新的重要推动力。结合专业认证的要求,不断优化学前教育专业人才培养方案,是现阶段学前教育专业发展中需要重视的问题。文章分析了专业认证背景下学前教育专业人才的现状,对学前教育专业人才培养方案的革新策略进行了探讨。
The promotion of professional certification has a great impact on the education and teaching reform of preschool education in colleges and universities.Professional certification can comprehensively and intuitively measure the teaching quality and talent training quality of preschool education.It is an important driving force for the reform of education and teaching and the innovation of talent training scheme.Combined with the requirements of professional certification,constantly optimizing the talent training program of preschool education specialty is an issue that needs to be paid attention to and discussed in the development of preschool education specialty at this stage.This paper analyzes the current situation of preschool education professionals under the background of professional certification,and discusses the innovation strategy of preschool education talent training program.
