摘要
应用水生生物体内实验方法,研究了2,4二硝基甲苯在鲤鱼肝肠提取物中的生物浓缩及代谢转化过程.半静态条件下,采用3种不同的暴露浓度,测定肝、肠组织的生物浓缩曲线,并同步对肝提取物进行HPLC检测.首次得到2,4二硝基甲苯还原代谢的两种产物:4氨基—2硝基甲苯和2,4二氨基甲苯,保留值分别为23053min及8789min.以实验证明了峰形生物浓缩曲线是发生代谢转化的结论,且对鱼类的毒性预测研究也予以证实.
In vivo metabolism and bioconcentration of 2,4-dinitrotoluene(2,4-DNT) in liver and intestine of carps (Cyprinus Carpio L.) were investigated using semistatic system. Two metabolites of 2,4-DNT were separated from liver and identified as 4amino—2nitrotoluene(4A2NT) and 2,4-diamino toluene (2,4-DAT) on HPLC. Their retention times were 23.503 and 8.789 min, respectively. Such results demonstrated our inference that metabolism caused the declines in bioconcentration curves, and provided new experimental supports for research on toxicity of chemicals to fished.
