摘要
分析了我省高校职称评审中论文要求的相关规定,指出评审中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策与工作思路:(1)建立科学的学术论文评价体系;(2)细分不同学科、不同系列教师评审条件;(3)建立以人为本的学术论文激励机制。
Based on the analysis of academic thesis regulations in the teachers′ professional titles evaluation in colleges and universities of Fujian Province,the problems in the process of professional titles evaluation are pointed out,and the countermeasures are proposed as follows.(1) Establishing scientific evaluation system of academic thesis.(2) Establishing respective qualification of different discipliues and series of teachers′ professional titles evaluation.(3) Establishing people-oriented encouraging mechanism of academic thesis.
