职业教育背景下高校职称改革探究——以昆明杨林职教园区为例 被引量:1

摘要 随着产业结构的调整,改革的进一步深入,只能顶天不能立地的传统理论研究型人才培养越发显得不合时宜,大力发展职业教育的国家战略顺势而出。2014年6月600多所地方本科高校转型为应用型职业院校的新闻一经报道更是引起各方强烈反响。但职业教育在发展过程中也面临诸多难题,尤其是双师型教师队伍的培养更是直接决定未来中国职业教育的成败。文章着力从职业教育背景下高校教师职称改革视野出发,以昆明杨林职教园区为例,详细论述了传统高校教师职称评审体系在评聘中存在的问题,并进一步阐述了高校职称评聘改革的对策建议。 With the adjustment of industrial structure and further deepening of reform, the traditional cultivationmethods for talents specialized in theoretical research become increasingly inappropriate, and the national strategy todevelop vocational education comes into effect. In June 2014, the news that more than 600 local undergraduate uni-versities transformed into applied vocational colleges aroused strong repercussions. However, in the process of develop-ment, vocational education is also facing many problems. Especially, the cultivation of double professional teachersdirectly determines whether Chinese vocational education can be successful or not in the future. This article emphati-cally starts from reform on teachers" professional title under tile background of vocational education, taking Yanglingvocational education park in Kunming as an example, discusses the problems of the traditional title evaluation systemin evaluating and recruiting teachers, and further expounds suggestions to reform on title evaluation and recruitment.
